Daily: Wait...It Isn't January?

I woke up this morning to a dreary, chilly day. “Is it January or something?” I said to my roommate. Basically all that was missing today was some snow (actually, a lot of snow). All I wanted to do was curl up by my window and drink coffee while reading Pride and Prejudice. Cliche, I know, but still wonderful. Here’s the breakdown:

Sweater: Garage sale (American Eagle)
Jeggings: Macy’s
Rainboots: Meijer
Necklace: Charlotte Russe
Bag: Garage sale
Bracelets: gift
Hat: self-made

I’ve been dying to do a slouchy sweater for awhile, but the weather last week was so warm that I never got the chance…until a January-esque day like today! And yes, in case you’re wondering, you are seeing double. I found two of these American Eagle sweaters at a garage sale this past summer: one in mustard (as seen here) and one in purple. I think they were fifty cents or something ridiculous like that.

Because it was raining, I knew I had to wear my rainboots. They’re not Wellies, but they’ll do for tromping about campus. Or to Starbucks. Plus the rainboots gave me a chance to wear my super warm black hat that I knitted a couple of months ago. I’m always up for wearing hats on cold days.
