I draw the line at overalls

The ‘90s are coming back, folks. Grunge. Overalls. Flower-printed denim. Denim jackets. Being a '90s kid myself, I had my fill of it already. I’m not sure how I feel about the decade reinstating itself in the 21st century. Denim jackets I can do (see above for proof). Overalls are where I draw the line, though. In Indiana, where I live, overalls are the farmer equivalent of sweatpants. So no thank you. Here’s the breakdown:

Denim Jacket: Abercrombie & Fitch via Garage sale
Dress: Vera by Vera Wang via Kohl’s
Sandals: Salvation Army
Bag: Goodwill
Necklaces: Garage sale
Bracelets: TJ Maxx/Dillard’s/My grandma’s/Forever 21

I haven’t worn my denim jacket in a long time, but the weather today was perfect and this dress seemed like the ideal option. A cardigan seemed too wintery to wear, but it wasn’t yet warm enough to skip the sleeves. Hello, denim jacket! I’ve also been on the search for some J.Crew-esque sandals (see here¬†and here) and finally found a suitable pair a few weeks ago at Salvation Army. Oh, the wonders of thrifting; you never know what you’ll find.
