Daily: Contrasting Weekend
This weekend will be quite the contrast from last weekend, seeing as how only one day of classes stands in the way of me and Thanksgiving break. That means less homework, less work and more time for fun with the girls on my wing. This weekend includes a black dress night with a play following, soccer and volleyball national tournaments hosted here at school and a girl’s afternoon out (hopefully) on Sunday. Bring it on! Here’s the breakdown:
Sweater: Banana Republic via a garage sale
Striped Tee: Old Navy via Goodwill
Faux Leather Leggings: Target
Booties: Elder Beerman
Ring: Charming Charlie
Necklace: Charlotte Russe
Bag: Garage sale
Today’s outfit came together much easier than other outfits this past week. I knew faux leather leggings were in order, and I also knew that I wanted my rear to be covered. (FYI, leggings are not pants.) That meant a cozy wool cardigan, a pop of pattern with stripes and some studded, chunky accessories were a natural pair with my leggings.
Have a wonderful, fun-filled weekend, friends!
